Job summary

Community Connections in Washington, DC is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the ReEntry Program, aligning services with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approaches, and coordinating with partners to ensure access to housing, benefits, and healthcare.

You will supervise two case managers, manage program operations, and monitor outcomes, with emphasis on fidelity to the PTR service model, data quality, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health experience.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small direct-service caseload and oversee transitions.
• Provide weekly supervision and staff training.
• Lead daily PTR program operations and ensure fidelity to the model.
• Coordinate with criminal justice and behavioral health system partners.
• Monitor key program outcomes and quality improvement.
