Community Connections, Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks a Supervisor to provide clinical, administrative, and programmatic oversight for the PTR reentry initiative.

The role supervises two Case Managers, maintains a small direct-service caseload, oversees operations, and ensures trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally responsive services during pre-release and post-release phases. Collaborating with DC agencies and community partners, you will monitor enrollment, fidelity, data quality,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health experience.
• Minimum 2 years of staff supervision experience.
• Experience serving individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practices.
• Experience working with justice-involved populations.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical, administrative, and programmatic oversight for PTR implementation.
• Supervise two Case Managers and maintain a small direct-service caseload.
• Monitor enrollment, program outcomes, fidelity, data quality, and grant deliverables.
• Collaborate with DC agencies and community partners to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Lead startup, training, and ongoing quality improvement activities.
