POSITION SUMMARY

The Part-Time Data Analyst supports the Pathways to Recovery (PTR): A Reentry Diversion Initiative, a two-year demonstration project funded by the BMS Foundation to strengthen continuity of behavioral health care for justice-involved adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. The Data Analyst will support with developing and maintaining reliable data collection, analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting systems that measure program implementation, participant engagement, continuity of care, and outcomes during the critical transition from incarceration to community living. Working collaboratively with PTR management, clinical and quality improvement teams, and external evaluation partner Chestnut Health Systems, the Data Analyst supports the evaluation of program effectiveness, implementation fidelity, and achievement of grant objectives. The Data Analyst also contributes to the development of evidence supporting long-term program sustainability, potential Medicaid financing strategies, and replication of effective reentry practices.
