Syneos Health in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced biotech/pharmaceutical sales professional to manage an assigned territory and drive the sales plan. You will engage physicians and healthcare providers using promotional materials, building relationships and delivering compelling clinical messages.

You will identify influencers, address both business and scientific needs, and develop territory plans to meet sales goals.

Formación

• 4+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Documented, proven track record of success.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted healthcare providers.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue.
• Develop and implement plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level.
