Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology in Milwaukee, WI to drive portfolio sales with dermatology-focused customers and health networks. You will promote Rx dermatology biologics and consumer products, applying clinical, operational and financial selling techniques.

You will develop cross-functional account plans, leverage market insights, manage relationships with key providers and KOLs, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to expand access and demand for Galderma products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Five or more years of outside sales experience.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
• Previous account management and B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, motivation, and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Promote Rx dermatology portfolio to clinics and networks.
• Execute integrated selling strategies and manage contracts.
• Develop cross-functional account plans to grow penetration and retention.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; use analytics to support solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate field activities in compliance with standards.
• Drive demand and contribute to business unit goals.
