Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology to drive growth in Rx dermatology products across high-value accounts in the White Plains, NY region. You will promote the prescription portfolio and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align market access and reimbursement strategies.

The role requires 5+ years outside sales with dermatology/medical experience, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record of results. Travel to customer sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
1) 5+ years outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
2) 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience in Dermatology or Medical Sales.
3) Prior account management experience.
4) Business-to-business sales experience.
5) Sales generalist with broad portfolio.
6) Strong track record of documented performance.
7) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8) Ability to learn and apply technical information.
9) High integrity, motivation and urgency.
10) Ability to sell assertively and differentiate products for higher utilization.
11) Collaborate with internal teams such as market access and reimbursement.
12) Ownership of book of business.
