Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology in White Plains, NY. You will promote prescription dermatology products, develop account plans, and execute field activities across dermatology, pharmacy, and health networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
• Five (5) or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential is required.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales required.
• Previous business to business sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Sales generalist; not limited to a specific product or portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge.
• Promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitive market; including launching new products.
• Execute integrated commercial selling strategies utilizing contracting and access platforms.
• Lead cross-functional account plans delivering penetration and growth for key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders; utilize business analytics and customer insights to support solution development.
• Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) within the area.
• Plan, organize, and execute field-based activities in compliance with standards.
