Galderma is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology to drive promotion of the Rx dermatology portfolio and lead strategic account plans for high-value customers in the Albany, NY region.

This on-site role requires 5+ years of outside/pharma sales experience, a business-focused degree, and strong communication and collaboration skills to deliver growth with dermatologists, networks, and professional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and generate demand for Rx products across dermatology channels.
• Execute integrated commercial selling strategies with contracting and access insights.
• Develop cross-functional account plans to penetrate and grow key portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and use analytics to anticipate customer needs.
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and plan field activities.
• Engage with Galderma’s speaker bureau and coordinate customer engagements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all field activities.
