Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Minneapolis seeks an IMMULITE Sales Specialist to lead the sales strategy for the IMMULITE portfolio in the assigned geography and collaborate with the lab diagnostic sales force to drive integration into clinical laboratories.

You will shape customer roadmaps that create operational and clinical value, manage complex sales cycles, and build durable relationships with lab personnel and physicians while achieving revenue targets. Travel about 75% is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences.
• 5+ years of capital sales experience, preferably clinical diagnostics.
• Acquired technical knowledge to organize and prioritize departmental personnel and tasks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and expand market share by managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships including lab personnel and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Scientific Support, and Customer Service.
• Identify new prospects and position Siemens solutions to win accounts.
• Manage installed base and increase revenue through newly launched assays.
• Coordinate sales activities including technical presentations, proposals, references, site visits, and negotiations.
• Develop plans with the DX sales force to convert new customers into reference accounts.
• Strive to exceed revenue/growth expectations and ensure customer satisfaction/loyalty.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision makers.
