Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader seeking an Immigration Program Manager to oversee the company’s US immigration program and act as a trusted internal advisor for all foreign national matters. You will work with counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant processing, modernize processes, and deliver a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of immigration experience in a large corporate environment (HR or Legal).
• Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration and visa options.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage domestic immigration program as Sr. SME to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee filings for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3; permanent residency; responses to requests for evidence.
• Coordinate with immigration counsel to ensure renewals, extensions and compliance.
• Provide guidance to employees, HR, and managers; communicate status and updates.
