Job summary

BD is seeking an Immigration Program Manager to lead our U.S. immigration program, advise internal clients across the business, and partner with counsel to ensure compliant, high-quality immigration services. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, and business leaders to optimize processes and minimize risk.

You will manage filings for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, F-1, and green cards, coordinate renewals, and deliver policy updates and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of immigration experience in a large corporate environment.
• US immigration experience handling H1B, L1, TN, O-1, and LPR (Green Card) processes including PERM.
• Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration and visa utilization.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic immigration program and act as primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with immigration counsel to ensure timely filings and renewals.
• Counsel employees and communicate statuses; update stakeholders on immigration regulations.
• Monitor processes and design improvements for a compliant, efficient program.
• Provide strategic immigration advice and training to HR and management.
• Analyze regulatory changes and coordinate responses with legal and HR teams.
• Maintain alignment of immigration policy with company objectives.
