Responsibilities

• Lead the domestic immigration program across business units.
• Oversee filings for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-3 visas and green cards.
• Guide and communicate status to employees, HR and managers.
• Collaborate with counsel to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
• Drive immigration process improvements and stakeholder training.
• Monitor regulatory changes and respond to USCIS requests.
