Job summary

BD is seeking an Immigration Program Manager to lead the U.S. immigration program, consulting internal clients and supporting foreign nationals. You will serve as a senior subject matter expert, guiding filings for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, and PERM processes, while ensuring compliance and coordinating with counsel.

You will partner with HR and legal teams, deliver training, and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery for employees and leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of solid immigration experience in a large corporate environment within HR or Legal.
• US immigration experience handling H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and LPR processes including PERM Labor Certification.
• Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration and ability to identify visa opportunities for business units.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality control; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Must handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Must use tact when interacting with associates and HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the domestic immigration program across business units and act as senior SME.
• Coordinate with immigration counsel to manage filings, renewals and responses to USCIS RFE.
• Advise internal stakeholders on immigration policy and provide updates to HR and management.
• Lead initiative to harmonize immigration policies across entities and ensure compliance.
