Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of immigration experience in a large corporate environment.
• US immigration experience handling H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and LPR (Green Card) processes including PERM.
• Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Must handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the domestic immigration program and act as the Sr. Subject Matter Expert for internal clients.
• Oversee immigration filings including sponsorships and PERM processing; coordinate with counsel.
• Ensure timely renewals and minimize gaps in work authorization.
• Advise stakeholders and communicate regulatory updates; partner with immigration counsel.
• Monitor processes to identify improvements and align with company objectives.
• Design and standardize immigration processes; communicate policies across the organization.
