Job summary

BD is seeking an Immigration Program Manager to lead our US immigration program and advise internal clients across the business. You will partner with counsel to ensure compliant filings, manage timelines, and provide strategic immigration guidance to HR and managers.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, policy development, and continuous improvement of processes, with a strong focus on timely and accurate immigration services in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of immigration experience in a large corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration and visa options.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's immigration program and act as primary SME.
• Oversee filings for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3 and green card processes.
• Collaborate with counsel to ensure timely renewals and responses to requests for evidence.
• Counsel employees and provide guidance on immigration status and communications.
• Analyze changes in immigration rules and update internal policies accordingly.
