Job summary

BD is seeking an Immigration Program Manager to lead the company’s immigration program and serve as the internal expert for US immigration matters. The role involves acting as the primary contact across HR, legal and business units, and partnering with immigration counsel to ensure compliant and efficient processes.

You will manage filings for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and green card, coordinate renewals, and drive program improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of solid immigration experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience handling H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and LPR/green card processes including PERM, etc.
• Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration and visa strategies.
• Detail oriented with high quality control and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the domestic immigration program and act as Sr. SME for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee timely processing of employment-based filings and visa sponsorships.
• Partner with counsel to ensure renewals/extensions and compliance.
• Provide guidance and status updates to employees, HR and managers.
• Develop and deliver training on immigration processes.
