Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of solid immigration experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience handling employment-based immigration processes including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3 and Green Card.
• Strong knowledge of US immigration law, compliance, and government affairs.
• Ability to communicate complex policy changes to HR and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the domestic immigration program and act as primary contact across business units.
• Oversee filings with immigration counsel and ensure timely processing of visas and permanent resident petitions.
• Coordinate renewals, extensions, and responses to government requests for evidence.
• Advise on compliance and educate employees, HR and managers on immigration matters.
• Develop and deliver training related to immigration processes and procedures.
• Monitor changes in immigration policy and assess impact on processes.
