Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience
• Experience in intake, immigration or legal services preferred
• Proficient with CRM data entry and pipeline tracking

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients.
• Close the engagement with empathy and confidence.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets (lead-to-client conversion, down payment, case value).
• Navigate pricing concerns with the firm’s framework; involve manager for exceptions.
• Follow up relentlessly with open leads via phone, text, or email.
• Manage the full consultation-to-conversion workflow and send contracts.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and telephony platforms.
