Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to drive revenue in a consultative sales role. You will meet with prospective clients, assess their immigration needs, and guide them through the pricing and sign-up process with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications include 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales, bilingual Spanish-English, and CRM proficiency (Litify/Salesforce preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-English (at least B2-C1).
• CRM proficiency with Litify or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and assess immigration needs.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets including lead-to-client conversion and down payment collection.
• Communicate pricing clearly and manage payment plans with manager approvals when needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of consultations and dispositions.
