Lisinski Law Firm, LLC seeks an Intake Specialist to drive revenue and support the firm’s mission by qualifying prospects, guiding them through pricing, and scheduling consultations. You will manage the end-to-end intake workflow, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with attorneys and managers to close engagements.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm ET onsite in New York, with compensation in the $28.90–$30.55 per hour range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience.
• Experience in legal intake, immigration services, or consultative professional service sales preferred.
• CRM proficiency with accurate data entry and pipeline tracking.

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and close engagements with empathy.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets including lead-to-client conversion and case value.
• Navigate pricing concerns with approved exceptions only.
• Follow up relentlessly to move prospects toward a decision.
• Maintain records in the CRM and telephony platforms.
