Job summary

The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist in Medford, Oregon to drive revenue by converting qualified leads through consultative client intake. You will conduct in-depth consultations, explain pricing, and manage the end-to-end intake workflow using Litify/Salesforce and Amazon Connect.

Qualifications

1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience.
Bilingual Spanish and English required (B2-C1).
CRM proficiency including accurate data entry, activity logging, and pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and assess their immigration needs.
Close engagements by guiding clients to the right case type and explaining pricing.
Follow up with leads via phone, text, or email to move prospects toward a decision.
