Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm in Medford, MA, seeks an Intake Specialist to drive revenue and guide prospective clients through the immigration process. This consultative role assesses needs, presents options, and coordinates the sign-up process with empathy and professionalism.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm local time, participate in weekly training, and manage records in Litify/Salesforce and Amazon Connect.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience.
• Experience in legal intake or immigration services preferred.
• CRM proficiency with data entry, activity logging, and pipeline tracking.
• Phone and video consultation platform proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and close engagements.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets including lead-to-client conversion and down payment.
• Navigate pricing and approvals within the firm framework.
• Maintain CRM and telephony records and follow up with leads.
• Schedule sign-up appointments and send client contracts.
