Lisinski Law Firm in Brooklyn, NY seeks an Intake Specialist to drive revenue by guiding prospective clients through consultative sales processes. You’ll assess immigration needs, match to case types, and close engagements with empathy and professionalism.

Formación

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience—in person, over the phone, or both.
• Prior experience in legal intake, immigration services, financial services, or consultative professional service sales preferred.
• Experience in metrics-driven, individual performance accountability environments.
• CRM proficiency with data entry, activity logging, and pipeline tracking (Litify/Salesforce preferred).
• Phone and video consultation platform proficiency (Amazon Connect preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and close engagements.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets including lead-to-client conversion rate and down payment.
• Navigate pricing concerns with the firm's framework and involve a manager for approved exceptions only.
• Learn all case types offered by the firm based on guidelines and training.
• Follow up relentlessly to move open leads toward a decision.
• Walk clients through case pricing and payment options with transparency.
• Manage the full consultation-to-conversion workflow.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm's CRM (Litify/Salesforce) and telephony platform (Amazon Connect).
• Participate in weekly legal and sales training and development programs.
