Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to drive discovery and conversion of prospective immigration clients. You will conduct consultations in person or via video/phone, assess needs, and guide clients through case options with professionalism and empathy.

In this role you will meet KPI targets, manage pricing discussions, and document activities in Litify/Salesforce and Amazon Connect. You will collaborate with attorneys and sales training programs to grow the practice and support

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience.
• Action-oriented approach to drive consultations to a decision.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients and explain pricing clearly.
• Experience with CRM systems for accurate data tracking.

Responsabilités

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients, assess immigration situation, and match to case type.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets including conversion rate and down payment.
• Follow up with open leads by phone, text, or email to move toward a decision.
• Walk clients through case pricing and payment options with transparency.
