Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1 year related industry experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement or immigration case files (A-files, DHS databases) preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory capacity and ability to lead a team.
• Proficient with general PC applications including MS Office and case management processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct Case Processing Specialist staff in processing cases and related activities.
• Oversee preparation, review, and management of case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect current case statuses.
• Maintain and update electronic and paper case files per privacy laws and DHS policies.
• Coordinate with ICE personnel to schedule interviews, removals, and hearings.
• Prepare removal documents and coordinate logistics for removal and flights.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff, including disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
