Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. in Adelanto, CA is hiring a Supervisory Case Processing Specialist to oversee immigration case processing, records management, and document preparation for ICE personnel.

You will direct the preparation and review of case files, ensure accuracy in A-files and ICE systems, and coordinate with field offices to support interviews and removals. You will supervise a team, schedule workload, and uphold federal privacy and data security standards while supporting DHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Supervisory capacity experience.
• Ability to plan, assign and supervise work.

Responsibilities

• Direct Case Processing Specialist in processing cases and immigration records management.
• Direct the preparation, review and management of case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure Alien Files (A-files) and ICE systems reflect a current case status.
• Maintain up-to-date case status records, court scheduling details, and tracking logs.
• Assist with docket coordination with EOIR and USCIS; coordinate interviews and removals.
