GEO Corrections & Detentions seeks a Case Processing Supervisor to guide immigration records management and document preparation for ICE personnel. You will work under ICE field office supervision, coordinating with officers to schedule interviews and removals while ensuring accurate case files and reporting.

The role requires handling A-files, DHS/privacy compliance, and coordination across multiple agencies to support removal and legal processes.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with immigration/detention documentation or interviews preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard PC applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Case Processing Specialist in processing cases and immigration records.
• Assist preparation, review and management of case files for accuracy.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect up-to-date case status.
• Maintain compliant electronic and paper case files with privacy laws and DHS policies.
• Coordinate with ICE officers for interviews, hearings, removals, and case updates.
• Prepare removal documents and coordinate scheduling for removal flights.
• Generate case status reports and monitoring dashboards.
