The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Processing Supervisor to guide a team handling immigration case processing and document preparation for ICE personnel. This role requires vigilance in A-files management, accuracy of case data, and compliance with privacy laws.

You will coordinate with ICE officers, EOIR and USCIS, ensure timely docket updates, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality case files and reporting. Strong Office skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred for team leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Case Processing Specialist team and oversee case processing.
• Coordinate immigration records management and document preparation.
• Ensure accuracy of A-files and ICE system statuses.
• Maintain compliant case files and privacy/security standards.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with ICE/EOIR/USCIS as needed.
• Prepare and monitor case status reports and dashboards.
