Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. The role involves handling case files, data entry, and ensuring accurate, updated status across ICE systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and assisting with removal processes, all within federal privacy and DHS policy frameworks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or one year of directly related industry experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documentation or conducting immigration/detention interviews preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficient with general PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process cases and perform immigration records management and document preparation.
• Prepare, review, and manage case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect updated case status.
• Enter data into ICE systems accurately in line with protocols.
• Maintain electronic and paper case files in compliance with privacy laws and DHS policies.
• Retrieve and organize court records and supporting materials from multiple databases.
• Generate case status reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Coordinate interviews and removal processes with ICE personnel and legal representatives.

Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred
