The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Processing Specialist Supervisor to provide guidance on case processing, immigration records management, and document preparation for ICE personnel.

This role reports to ICE field office leadership and requires strong supervisory and organizational skills. Responsibilities include leading staff, ensuring accuracy of case files, and coordinating interviews and documentation with ICE officers, EOIR, and USCIS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or one year related experience required.
• Supervisory capacity or potential demonstrated.
• Knowledge of immigration case processing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Case Processing Specialist team in processing cases and documents.
• Assist with preparation and management of case files.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect accurate case status.
