GEO Corrections & Detentions in Adelanto, CA seeks a Case Processing Supervisor to oversee the processing of immigration cases, manage records, and prepare vital documentation for ICE personnel. The role involves coordinating with EOIR/USCIS and guiding a team through complex workflows.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, familiarity with A-files and DHS systems, and strong command of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or one year of directly related industry experience required.
• Experience with reviewing law enforcement documentation and DHS databases, or conducting interviews for immigration/detention related purposes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory capacity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Case Processing Specialist in processing cases and immigration records management and document preparation.
• Assist with the preparation, review and management of case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect accurate case status.
• Coordinate docket with EOIR and USCIS; assist with interviews, hearings, removals, and case updates.
• Direct the organization and preparation of removal documents and scheduling removal flights.
