Job summary

GEO Corrections & Detentions is seeking a Case Processing Specialist Supervisor to guide case processing, immigration records management, and document preparation for ICE personnel. You’ll work under ICE field office supervision to ensure compliance and accuracy.

You will supervise staff, maintain A-files and ICE systems, coordinate interviews, and assist with removals, keeping records compliant with privacy laws and DHS policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1 year of related industry experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement or immigration case files and conducting interviews required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory capacity demonstrated.
• Knowledge of immigration case processing objectives, policies, and requirements.
• Ability to plan, assign, and supervise work of others.
• Clear verbal instruction and training delivery to diverse audiences.
• Ability to write memorandums and reports clearly and accurately.
• Ability to interpret complex written and oral communications and instructions.
• Ability to make and implement decisions without assistance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads Case Processing Specialist in processing cases and managing records.
• Assists preparation and review of case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures A-files and ICE systems reflect up-to-date case statuses.
• Maintains compliant electronic and paper case files under privacy laws.
• Gathers and organizes court records and related documents from multiple sources.
• Keeps case status records, court scheduling, and tracking logs current.
• Generates case status reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Coordinates docketing with EOIR/USCIS; schedules interviews/hearings/removals.
• Reviews paperwork for completeness and notifies appropriate officers.
• Supports scheduling removal and coordination of interviews with detainees and officials.
• Directs removal document preparation and ensures accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
