BI Incorporated is seeking an Immigration Case Manager to coordinate case management and services for ISAP participants in alignment with contractual requirements. You will work to meet face-to-face with participants, maintain confidential records, and ensure program compliance while leveraging your background in criminal justice or social services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate case management and service plans for ISAP participants.
• Meet with participants face-to-face regularly as required by obligations.
• Maintain accurate case records from entry to release and ensure confidentiality.
• Conduct intake interviews and orientations within contractual timeframes.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment as necessary.
• Assist participants with travel documents and track document info.
• Assess English proficiency to determine resources for clear communication.
• Identify needs and connect participants with community resources.
