Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks a dedicated ISAP Case Manager to support participants from intake to release under the DHS contract. You will administer program policies, maintain records, and coordinate services for immigration-related supervision.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to conduct home visits, install monitoring equipment, and work with diverse community resources.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• US citizenship required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
• Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament.
• Ability to work with computers and the software used by the department.
• Ability to receive client's approval to work on contract.
• Ability to interpret and articulate rules, orders, instructions and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management of ISAP participants from entry to release by administering DHS contract policies.
• Develops and maintains accurate case records and proactively manages cases.
• Conducts intake interview and orientation sessions with ISAP participants within contractual timeframes.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Assists participants with acquiring travel documents and maintains logs.
• Assesses English proficiency to determine needed resources and communication support.
• Coordinates and facilitates translation services for participants.
• Connects participants with community resources and services.
• Establishes schedules for counseling, court appearances, and access to legal services.
• Reviews service plans and writes progress reports in compliance with contracts.
• Performs home visits to verify residences and ensure contractual compliance.
