BI Incorporated is seeking an ISAP case manager to provide intensive supervision and support to participants under the DHS contract. You will manage case plans, coordinate services, and conduct home visits as required. The role emphasizes compliance with program requirements, data accuracy, and participant welfare.

The position requires bilingual Spanish, US citizenship, and the ability to travel locally for home visits, with a strong emphasis on communication and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must live in the US for 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules and instructions.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and self-control in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ISAP case plans and records.
• Conduct intake interviews and orientation sessions.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Coordinate translation services and access to community resources.
• Schedule counseling, court appearances, and legal services.
• Prepare progress reports and conduct risk/needs assessments.
