Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks a dedicated ISAP Case Manager to provide intensive supervision and comprehensive case management for participants. You will conduct intake, create service plans, and coordinate translation and community resources to support participants through DHS contract requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, installing monitoring equipment, and facilitating attendance at legal and cultural orientation sessions, with some local travel involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform home visits.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to work in the U.S. for the last 3 of the last 5 years (military/study abroad included).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules and instructions.
• Sound judgment and even temperament; maintain self-control in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and problem solving; work with diverse contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update case management plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintain accurate case records and confidentiality.
• Conduct intake interviews and orientations within contractual timeframes.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Assist participants with travel documents and coordinate services.
• Assess English proficiency to tailor communication resources.
• Coordinate translation services and connect to community resources.
• Supervise participants in company offices and schedule counseling sessions.
• Ensure attendance at legal orientation and cultural sessions; coordinate evaluations.
• Prepare risk/needs assessments and progress reports per contract.
