Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking an Immigration Case Manager to develop, implement, and coordinate case management and individual service plans for ISAP Program Participants. You will conduct intake, maintain confidential records, and ensure compliance with government contracts.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, a valid driver's license, US citizenship, and the ability to work across multiple facilities and divisions within BI Incorporated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate case management and individual service plans for ISAP Program Participants in conformance with program requirements.
• Meeting with participants face-to-face regularly as required by government contractual obligations.
• Developing and maintaining accurate and complete case records for all ISAP Program Participants, ensuring confidentiality.
• Conducting intake interviews and orientation sessions with ISAP Program Participants within contractual timeframes.
• Installing electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP Program Participants and monitoring compliance.
• Assisting participants with acquiring travel documents and maintaining travel document information.
• Evaluating English proficiency to determine resources needed for clear communication.
• Assessing needs and connecting participants with appropriate community resources.
