Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking a Case Manager to deliver intensive supervision through ISAP, handling case management from entry to release and coordinating with DHS contracts. The role involves home visits, translation services, and liaison with community partners to meet participants' life needs.

The position requires bilingual Spanish capability, a valid driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, and strong communication skills to support participants across cultural contexts. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to receive client's approval to work on contract.
• Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament; ability to remain calm under stress.
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving ability.
• Ability to deal with multicultural contacts with sensitivity.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with department software.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management of ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develops and maintains precise case records and confidential information.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientations within contractual timeframes.
• Installs and monitors electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Assists participants with travel documents and records information.
• Evaluates English proficiency to guide resource allocation.
• Coordinates translation services for participants, including emergency translations.
• Connects participants with community resources and services.
• Supervises participants at company offices; schedules counseling and court appearances.
• Ensures attendance at legal and cultural orientation sessions; coordinates supplemental services evaluations.
• Reviews service plans, conducts risk/needs assessments, and writes progress reports as required.
• Reports program violations promptly.
• Performs home visits to verify residences; provides emergency counseling as needed.
• Maintains relationships with translation resources and community organizations.
