Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks an ISAP Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for participants under DHS contracts. You will conduct intake, develop service plans, and coordinate resources, including translation and transportation support, while maintaining confidential records.

The role requires bilingual Spanish skills, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and at least two years in customer service or case management. Local travel and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license required and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in order to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to receive client’s approval to work on contract required.
• Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret and articulate rules, orders, instructions and materials.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament. Ability to maintain self-control in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving ability.
• Ability to deal with multicultural contacts with sensitivity.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management and individual service plans for ISAP participants. Meets with participants face-to-face regularly.
• Maintains accurate case records and manages cases using all appropriate tools.
• Conducts intake interview and orientation sessions within contractual timeframes.
• Installs and monitors electronic monitoring equipment.
• Assists participants with acquiring travel documents and maintains logs.
• Evaluates English proficiency to determine resources for clear communication.
• Coordinates translation services for ISAP participants.
• Connects participants with community resources for transportation, medical, food, shelter, etc.
• Supervises ISAP participants in Company offices and coordinates schedules for counseling and court appearances.
• Reviews service plans and writes progress reports per contractual obligations.
