Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with client-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the department and organize documents.
• Manage case status, deadlines, and communicate progress to supervisor.
• Organize and file legal documents and supporting materials.
• Prepare and organize cases for shipping.
• Assist with visa petitions and applications and drafts as needed.
• Respond to internal and external communications within the team.
• Ensure work is completed with accuracy and escalated when needed.
