Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Business Immigration Supervisor to lead junior caseworkers and guide a team through complex employment-based immigration matters. The role emphasizes training, mentoring, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.

The successful candidate will manage intake, case strategy, and filings while coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance. A relevant degree or paralegal certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior business immigration caseworkers.
• Train and mentor staff; provide coaching and performance guidance.
• Ensure complex cases are managed accurately and delivered timely by prioritizing workload.
• Provide direction on case matters and liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee intake, case strategy, and document preparation for filings.
• Engage with clients, provide reporting, and manage billing and WIP audits.
