Fragomen in New York is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Analyst to support case preparation, filing and client service. You will work with government agencies, gather documents, draft filings, and respond to client inquiries. A collaborative, accuracy‑driven environment supports ongoing professional growth.

The role emphasizes deadlines, data management, and adherence to firm policies while providing exposure to a range of immigration matters and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or paralegal certification, or equivalent client-service experience.
• At least two years of business immigration experience (e.g., paralegal).
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate issues to supervisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proofreading and clear drafting required.
• Experience using MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of immigration cases, client processes and firm standards.
• Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing with government agencies.
• Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts regarding case status.
• Meet deadlines per SLAs and report case progress to supervisor.
• Summarize data in case management systems for clients and teams.
• Contribute to team and productivity goals and maintain compliance.
