Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements. Utilize brand standards to enhance guest experiences and drive sell-through while coordinating with store leadership on visual storytelling across the floor.

You will manage VM changes, mannequin styling, and signage, and provide product education to customers. A background in retail and visual merchandising is preferred, with education in design or related fields

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
• Education or training in design or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and placement
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage and seasonal merchandise changes as directed
• Provide in-the-moment brand training to team members so learning is ongoing
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships
