Imagine-Exhibitions,-Inc in Boston, MA is seeking an Exhibit & Retail Operations Team Member to enhance guest service inside the venue, upsell ancillary experiences, photos, and merchandise.

The role supports ticketing, retail, and in-show operations, greeting guests, promoting experiences, and maintaining a presentable exhibition. Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for long periods.

Formación

• 1-2 years’ experience working in guest services, retail, or live entertainment sales.
• Organized and punctual.
• Adept selling skills.
• Capable operations of basic POS and software programs.
• Must be able to Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical, mental, and environmental demands include a loud, fast paced environment which requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching through the shift.
