Legends Global in Boston is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Ambassador at View Boston to deliver exceptional guest experiences across ticketing, retail and the Magic Memories photo service. You’ll greet guests, sell tickets, operate the POS, assist with merchandise, manage inventory, and help guests with photo packages, upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ticket sales, retail, or attractions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle cash with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ticket fulfillment and sales using a POS system and kiosk operations.
