Job summary

Imagine is seeking an Exhibit & Retail Operations Team Member to help enhance guest service at our show venue in Boston. You will greet guests, upsell experiences, photos, and merchandise, and work across ticketing and retail roles to keep the exhibition engaging.

You will be responsible for accurate POS transactions, inventory handling, and supporting training for new staff while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere throughout shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in guest services, retail, or live entertainment sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Organized and punctual.
• Adept selling skills.
• Capable operations of basic POS and software programs.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical, mental, and environmental demands include a loud, fast-paced environment with standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Relate to guest by listening and understanding needs.
• Promote products and experiences.
• Work across ticketing, retail, and inside the show as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain neat, presentable exhibit and manage guest sightlines.
