Job summary

Imagine is seeking an Exhibit & Retail Operations Team Member to enhance guest service inside the venue, upsell experiences, photos, and merchandise for visitors. You will work across ticketing, retail, and inside the show, staying knowledgeable about exhibitions and products.

Role requires professional, energetic interaction in a loud, fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in guest services, retail, or live entertainment sales.
• Organized and punctual.
• Adept selling skills.
• Capable operations of basic POS and software programs.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical, mental, and environmental demands include a loud, fast paced environment with standing, walking, lifting and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Upsell ancillary experiences, photos, and merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of exhibitions and products to assist guests.
• Operate ticketing, retail, and show areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team to keep exhibition neat and presentable.
• Assist with inventory and training of new staff.
