Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily exhibit and retail operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and a high-quality guest experience.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor allocation; drive revenue growth through sales initiatives.
• Monitor operational expenses and implement cost containment practices.
• Ensure exhibit and retail spaces are clean, safe, and aligned with company standards.
• Collaborate with onsite technical teams to address interactive or scenic needs.
• Provide leadership to the onsite team from pre-opening through load-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Handle guest concerns and maintain vendor relationships.
