Job summary

Imagine, based in Boston, is seeking an Exhibit & Retail Operations Supervisor to support the General Manager by overseeing day-to-day floor operations and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. You will supervise frontline staff, enforce standards, and help with staff training to keep exhibits and retail areas running smoothly.

This onsite role requires strong leadership, guest service focus, and the ability to manage schedules, cash handling, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth exhibit and retail activity.
• Support the General Manager by assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Act as a first point of contact for guest questions, concerns, or escalations.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking as needed.
• Provide feedback and coaching to frontline staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Communicate updates, goals, and expectations from management to the team.
• Support the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Assist with implementing promotions, events, and other operational initiatives.
• Meet sales goals and criteria.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure operational efficiency.
