Job summary

Legends Global in Boston is seeking a Part‑Time Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver outstanding guest service at View Boston. The role involves ticket fulfillment, retail operations, and Magic Memories photo services, with a strong sales orientation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle POS transactions, process cash, and engage with guests in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Proficiency with cash handling – operating a cash register with precision and accuracy.
• Multilingual or sign language capabilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Fulfillment: greet guests, explain ticket options, pricing, and promotions.
• Sales: handle ticket sales including online and walk-up purchases.
• Operate POS system, process payments, issue receipts.
• Assist guests with kiosk operation and deposits, end-of-day reconciliation.
• Retail: assist in View shop, merchandise knowledge, restock shelves.
• Photo Experience: engage guests, explain packages, print photos, assist with orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote and upsell photo packages to increase revenue.
